FLOODED ROADS - MORETON BAY REGION (Caboolture) – 17:30

Moreton Bay Regional Council has urged motorists to drive with care, with localised flooding affecting some areas in the Caboolture district.
The following roads are closed due to flooding:
Old North Road from Bellmere Road to Zillmans Crossing, Rocksberg
Caboolture River Road from Old North Road to McNamara Road, RocksbergEsme St, CabooltureWaterside Drive, Wamuran
W Lindsay Rd, WamuranBasin Rd, Wamuran
Cobb & Co Track, Elimbah
The following roads are affected by water but passable with care:
Dances Road, Caboolture
Hamilton Road, ElimbahNewlands Road, WamuranBells Lane, Bellmere
Scurr Road, WamuranWilliams Road, WamuranOld Gympie Road, Caboolture
Markwell Road, Caboolture.
Motorists using roads around the region are urged to take extreme caution and not attempt to traverse creeks and other crossings that are clearly under water.
Council urges all drivers to show caution when crossing any storm water on roadways and to be aware that potholes may form in road pavements during periods of high rainfall.
There may be minor roads flooded that are not included in the above listing.
