Bribie Island Time-lapse Sunrise

Video frame: Looking out from Bribie Island.

Video transcript:

It’s Friday the 14th December, 2012 and on this day back in 1503 - Physician, philosopher and seer, Nostradamus, is born.

The joke of the day: A woman’s work that is never done is the stuff she asks her husband to do.

In the news: POLICE have launched an investigation into death threats against Southern Cross Austereo staff, management has recruited 24-hour bodyguard protection and staff have been forced to move into safe-house accommodation.

The security lock-down has forced about a dozen staff to move to hotels and up to 10 executives assigned with personal protection services costing an estimated $75,000 a week.

The move follows the suicide of UK nurse Jacintha Saldanha, her death prompting outrage and, in some quarters, anger against Austereo and its under-fire 2DayFM DJs, Michael Christian and Mel Greig.

The latest threat arrived by mail yesterday and was targeted at Christian.

The letter, which originated from South Australia, was seized Thursday afternoon by detectives for examination.

The item was forwarded to a News Limited journalist after being posted to an incorrect address.

The letter stated there were "bullets out there with your (Christian's) name on it" and made further threats, which cannot be printed, involving a shotgun.

Did you know: Birds need gravity to swallow.

The random question of the day: When you use a knife and fork, do you hold the knife with your left or right hand?

Leave your answer below this video and if you’re up for it, tell us about your adventures under this sun. Also, please thumbs up and subscribe for more great views and generally useless information with the goal of helping you get through the day... Bye for now.
