A 46-year-old Marcoola woman has been charged following the death of a man at a residence in Bongaree last night.
Police were called to the Toorbul Street address at around 10.30pm after reports two people had been stabbed.
A 47-year-old Marcoola man was transported to the Royal Brisbane Hospital with critical injuries, but has since died.
A 23-year-old Hervey Bay man sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The woman is due to appear at Caboolture Magistrates Court tomorrow charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder.
