Our Prime Minister, Julia Gillard was on one of her trips to England, and decided to drop in and visit the Queen. She asks her for advice on how to successfully rule an entire country.
The Queen says, "I like to surround myself with intelligent people".
Gillard then asked, "Well, how do ya know whether your people are intelligent or not?"
The Queen replies, "Look here". She picks up her phone, dials the number for the British Prime Minister, and says, "Mister David Cameron".
"Yes, your Majesty". "If my parents have a child which is neither my brother nor my sister, who is it?". "Why? If my parents have a child who's not my brother or my sister, it's me, of course". "See?", the Queen says to Gillard.
Julia returns to Australia and decides to find out if her people are intelligent. She calls up Kevin Rudd and says, "Hey Kev, if my parents have a kid, and it's not my brother or my sister, who is it?"
Rudd replies, "Hmmm, I don't know. Let me ask Greg Combet".
So Rudd calls up Greg Combet and says, "Mate, can I ask you a question?"
"Ask away", Combet says.
"If my parents have a child, which is not my brother or my sister, who is it?"
"Ummm, ya idiot, if my parents have a child who's not my brother or my sister, it's me".
A few days later, Kevin Rudd calls up Gillard and says, "Well after a lot of thought, I think I've figured it out. If my parents have a kid, and it's not my brother or my sister, it's Greg Combet.
Gillard replies "No, ya moron, it's David Cameron!"
